🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be returned in resalable condition

Important: We do not accept returns on opened supplements, personal care items, or any perishable products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refund will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product received

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery
